The Role:
As our Growth Lead, you'll be directly responsible for executing growth tactics that scale Cobot's user base. You’ll work closely with the product, marketing, and CX teams to align growth efforts with business goals. This role involves strategy and execution and you’ll be tasked with driving tangible outcomes through hands-on work.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role, and as one of first GTM hires, you'll have the opportunity to own and lead multiple aspects of growth as Mainframe continues to scale. You'll be instrumental in getting things done, from executing marketing campaigns to optimizing user acquisition channels and driving real, measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Growth Execution: Lead and execute the growth strategy for Cobot, focusing on scalable user acquisition and revenue growth through practical, hands-on tactics.
- Optimize Acquisition Channels: Execute on the best acquisition channels—digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, content, and partnerships—working to scale user growth at an efficient cost.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product and engineering to ensure the product’s features align with growth initiatives, creating user experiences that drive adoption and retention.
- Lead Growth Campaigns: Take the lead in executing new launches, marketing campaigns, and experiments designed to drive growth and conversions across multiple channels.
- Measure, Optimize, & Execute: Monitor key metrics and ensure that growth tactics are adjusted based on performance, with a focus on hands-on iteration and optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven ability to drive user growth and revenue through practical execution of growth strategies, particularly in B2C SaaS or productivity tools.
- Proven Track Record in Execution: You know how to turn strategies into action. You’ve previously scaled B2C products and driven user acquisition in an execution-heavy role.
- Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working across teams—marketing, product, and customer success—to execute growth plans.
- Data-Driven: Ability to work with data to track growth performance, analyze user behavior, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Product Focused: Strong understanding of how product features and market fit drive growth, and ability to collaborate with product teams for execution.
